Pet Requirements (Dogs, Cats, Small Animals, Reptiles)

All animals:

• Must follow the guide below.
• Provide proof of any treatments, full names and descriptions of pets, and any relevant medical history.
• ID must be provided before you leave.
• Must be spayed/neutered (if applicable). Animals may not be in heat or pregnant.
• Show locations of food, toys, cages, crates, medicines, or other supplies.
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions
• Animals not listed below may be denied or have special requirements.

If it barks:

• Must be up-to-date on vaccinations, check-ups, and must have a recent flea treatment.
• Provide leash, collar, and any medications
• Must have a secure, fenced-in area for bathroom breaks (if applicable) or allow walks on a leash.
• Provide food and water bowls, food, and treats
• Disclose any behavioral issues

If it meows:

• Clean litter box and provide fresh litter prior to visit.
• Must be up-to-date on vaccinations, check-ups, and must have a recent flea treatment.
• Provide litter, food, and any medications
• Disclose any special needs

If it squeaks, chirps, hops, or scurries:

• Provide cage, bedding, and food
• Cages for small animals should be escape-proof, chew-proof, and cleaned prior to visit.
• Cages must be the appropriate size for the animal, matching information available online.
• Disclose any health concerns.

If it has scales:

• Provide enclosure, heating, and food.
• Ensure the enclosure is escape-proof and secure.
• Clean the enclosure before the visit.
• Disclose any special care instructions.
